What We Do
DAI works with Christian leaders worldwide to enhance their work for the kingdom of God. These leaders are called to fields such as evangelism, church planting, micro enterprise, and humanitarian aid. Through our methods and programs, DAI is helping these leaders transform their communities.
Through educating, mentoring, consulting, and connecting, DAI provides Christian leaders with tools that will help them meet the challenges they face every day. Those tools are most often delivered to leaders through our Ministry Centers. In 11 countries we have teams of local consultants and trainers who provide leaders with access to ongoing DAI workshops, consulting and mentoring.
DAI’s Senior Consultants offer specialized training and consulting globally to leaders of denominations, mission agencies and in bible schools and colleges.
DAI also has a variety of programs that are offered globally. Our Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership gives leaders an opportunity to earn a Masters degree from a local university or seminary. MasterLink gives you the opportunity to make a one to one link with a student across the world. Through the Issachar Initiative, emerging, influential leaders are getting the support they need to lead effectively and with integrity.
