Methods
DAI enhances the integrity and effectiveness of Christian leaders worldwide so that the Church can fulfill its role in extending the Kingdom of God. DAI comes alongside these leaders through four methods:
- Educating - both formally with degree programs and non-formally through workshops, provide leaders with information they can use immediately in their ministry.
- Mentoring - offers time in relationship with leaders; walks alongside them as they grow and learn.
- Consulting - allows ministries to receive specialized counsel and advice in critical areas from subject-matter experts.
- Connecting - more than helping people find needed resources, it also helps them find ways to do their own ministry better.
