Educating

69181239040615home-page-1.jpgI have learned that the purpose of submission to God is freedom from the terrible burden of needing to get my own way – from the obsession that demands things must go as I believe they should. The result is a vast sense of relief. I am amazed at the wonderful freedom I now have as a result of learning this discipline. Thank you DAI. – Daniel, Student in Spiritual Formations Course, Uganda

Non-formal education

Through interactive courses, DAI helps leaders develop their spiritual lives as well as leadership and management skills. Facilitated by local leaders, these courses combine biblically based content with case-study methodology, thought provoking questions, and application exercises. Courses are offered in a variety of settings to individuals and small groups.

DAI also conducts various specialized leadership workshops and seminars.

Formal education

Partnering with local universities and seminaries, DAI offers a Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership in eight countries. This very practical degree is offered over three years with course work designed in conjunction with leaders from around the world. The program focuses on building a leader's skill set, digging deeper into spiritual formation, and transforming them into effective and integritous servant leaders who are ready to meet the challenges that await them.

By 2012, DAI hopes to have 1000 students active in the MA Program. Can you help?
