Partners
Everything DAI does is done with our partners. Partnership is one of our core values as well as a core practice. By partnering with various service providers, we are able to empower more leaders. We also partner with the groups and individuals we serve to deliver precisely what they need.
DAI has three main types of partners:
Academic Partners
These partners join us in offering the Master's of Arts in Organizational Leadership.
Training Partners
DAI works with and encourages NGOs and churches to offer leadership training to their own staff. Multiplication is always a goal for DAI and we periodically offer Training of Trainers workshops to leaders who have attended one or more of our courses so that they can use the material and teaching methods with others.
Partnership Projects
Some of our most effective ministry comes in working with entire teams or organizations. DAI listens to organizational leaders to determine their needs. Then we work with them to choose from DAI's available tools and resources to create a customized response. The plan is then adjusted based on program evaluation and feedback.
