Though the Soviet Union fell in 1992, an atmosphere of exclusion still surrounds the leadership of the country. It is in this culture that DAI Russia seeks to build effective Christian leaders who challenge each other. In a country with few examples of Kingdom leaders, DAI Russia is leading the way.
Led by Roman Nosach (Ministry Center Director) and Vadim Babashkin (Senior Consultant), DAI Russia is working across geographic and denominational boundaries to develop mature and significant leaders. Through education, mentoring, consulting, and connecting, DAI Russia is training leaders across the country who are influencing their environment for Christ.
