Herman Heyman joined DAI in 1997 as Ministry Center Director in Belgium. With a post-graduate degree in non-profit management, Herman worked for fifteen years with Belgian Evangelical Mission. Herman's work focuses on providing leadership development and church growth training for leaders, as well as, helping network pastors across denominational barriers.
